Job description

  • managing SW project for public web development
  • realisation of project during all phases of its life cycle in conceptual and organisational aspects
  • realisation of projects with required time, budget, quality and assigned human resources
  • preparation of project plan, planning milestones and project outputs, planning and dividing project tasks
  • planning of capacity, project team composition and usage of assigned human, financial and other resources
  • preparation of analyses
  • project documentation preparation
  • communication and distribution of information within project teams
  • operative solving of occured situation, management of change requests
  • risk estimation, preparation risk management plan
  • deadlines and tasks quality inspection
  • reqular reporting: presentation of current and final results
  • coordination and cooperation with individual development bank departments
  • full responsibility for project realisation in all its areas

Requirements

  • minimum of 3-5 years experience with project management
  • orientation on IT and tech-projects
  • experience with life cycle of project management
  • knowledge of Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) project management techniques
  • experience with realisation of projects involving suppliers
  • experience in multiple areas of management is advantage (SW development, system management, testing and quality management)
  • PRINCE-2 Foundation / Practitioner, PMI, IPMA cetification is advantage
  • general knowledge of bank products and services is advantage
  • good knowledge of domestic and foreign payment transactions
  • experience with implementation of SEPA is advantage
