Project Description
- as part of the customer's complex financial transformation project, cooperation on the implementation of modules for the division's Expenses & Assumptions management (technologically Spring Boot microservices running in a cloud environment in MS Azure)
- cooperation on the development of the functionalities of the insurance system according to the customer's requirements
- back-end development in JAVA technology
- ensuring compliance with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- preparation of unit test for automated testing
- participation in code reviews
- fixing errors in deployed applications
- cooperation within a smaller agile team (about 8 people)
- after work, cooperation is possible in the mode: 4 days/week OFF-SITE and 1 day/week ON-SITE (Bratislava)
Project Requirements
- advanced programming experience in JAVA
- experience with relational databases (Postgres)
- test-driven development - TDD (expertise in writing unit tests and end-to-end integration)
- experience in CI/CD project setting, deployment, integration
- excellent knowledge of the principles of object-oriented programming
- active knowledge of the English language at the communication level (verbal and written)
- advantage: experience in creating microservices using Spring Boot
- advantage: knowledge of messaging architecture and stream processing built on Kafka
- advantage: experience working in an agile or SAFe team
- advantage: knowledge of Native Cloud development, Kubernetes
- advantage: experience with Azure
Language skills
- Slovak or Czech - Active, B2/C1/C2
