We are looking for an experienced Java programmer for a long-term, technologically innovative project in the field of passenger train transportation.

Project Description
- back-end development in Java technology
- design, expert analysis, specification and implementation of new functionalities
- preparation and execution of Unit tests
- cooperation within the international agile team (SK - AT):
- 4 developers
- 4 analysts
- 3 testers
- product owner
- cooperation in an OFF-SITE / ON-SITE setup (Vienna ), in a ratio of 4:1 (ie commuting at least 1x/week to the office in Vienna is required)
- active knowledge of the English language at the communication level (verbal and written)
- knowledge of the German language at the B2~C1 level (verbal and written) and willingness to improve is a big advantage
Project Requirements
- min. 4-year (active) development experience in ☕ JAVA
- excellent knowledge of object - oriented programming ( DESIGN PATTERNS, SOLID principles)
- excellent knowledge of the Spring framework (Spring Boot )
- active knowledge of development tools (Maven, Jenkins, Git, ...)
- experience with Hibernate
- advantage of experience with:
- Angular 2+
- Clojure
- agile way of SW development (SCRUM, LEAN, KANBAN, ...)
Language skills
- English - Active, B2/C1/C2
- German - Conversational, B1
