We are looking for an experienced Test [Android, iOS] specialist for a long-term project in the field of telecommunications to join our TITANS freelancers team.

Project Description
- ensuring project QA (Quality Assurance) for SW solutions in the field of telecommunications
- covering the entire testing process of Android and iOS mobile applications
- analysis of business needs, plans and requirements for a given application
- active communication with the product owner, understanding and commenting on business assignments
- preparation of test strategy, plan and scenarios based on the analysis of user stories
- defining, creating and launching/implementing manual and automated tests/test scenarios (functional, non-functional, regression, smoke...)
- error reporting and supervision of retesting of already repaired defects
- preparation and maintenance of test data, test environment, tools and test documentation
- performing both manual and automated tests
- evaluation and reporting of testing for stakeholders
- cooperation with other roles that perform related activities (IT development, IT architecture, IT Operations, Business) so that continuity of activities is guaranteed
- cooperation possible:
- in almost complete OFF-SITE mode (with the willingness to occasionally work ON-SITE in Bratislava - approx. 1-2x per month)
- in a combined ON-SITE and OFF-SITE mode according to the interest of the freelancer
Project Requirements
- min. 2 years of experience as a tester for iOS and Android
- advanced experience with:
- preparation and implementation of manual and automated user interface tests for both iOS and Android
- creating standard test documentation ( strategy , plan, reporting, defect management)
- knowledge:
- agile SW development methodology ( SCRUM , KANBAN,...)
- testing process and testing methods (functional, non-functional, regression, smoke testing,...)
- testing and defect management tools ( JIRA , Confluence,...)
- of the English language at a conversational level (both spoken and written)
- of the software development life cycle
- experience with:
- by automating testing through frameworks and tools ( XCUITest, Espresso , Appium .. .)
- coordination of preparation and implementation of testing
- communication with technical and business team members
- fluent knowledge of the Slovak and/or Czech language (both spoken and written)
- advantage:
- knowledge of the Gherkin language and the Cucumber tool
- certification in the field of testing (e.g. ISTQB )
- very good analytical, organizational and communication skills
- ability to solve problems effectively under pressure
- responsibility
