Project description

responsibility for the fulfillment of defined goals, delivery orientation for the SSO (Single Sign-On) for Multiple Services and Multi-Device Login project
management of a project team of 10 to 30 people , which is composed of representatives of various departments
management of projects approximately worth from 0.3 to 10 million EUR
assigning tasks and checking their fulfillment, participating in the evaluation of employees who are or were part of project teams
using stakeholder management techniques at the local level of the project / program team
regular control and reporting of project/program status to TOP management, responsibility for transparent and clear management of changes in projects
identifying the dependence between the business needs of the company in relation to the delivered project/program and, based on these findings , setting the direction of the project/program (in relation to time, resources, quality ) in order to meet the company's business goals
notifying risks, problems and questions in time and escalating them ( risk and problem management )
cooperation with internal and external developers, engineers and suppliers
project team management, capacity planning of individual tasks with an emphasis on efficient use of resources
responsibility for project monitoring and presenting project progress to relevant stakeholders, clients or project team members
participation in the creation of a positive working environment and employee motivation
cooperation possible in a hybrid ON-SITE + REMOTE mode, with ON-SITE [Bratislava] 3 days a week, the rest REMOTE
the final reward depends on the experience of the candidate and the progress of the selection process

Project requirements

min. 4 years of experience managing technology projects for an IT and/or Telco company as a Project Manager
knowledge of all the main concepts, tools and techniques of project management
advanced experience with:
- managing and coordinating a team of 15 or more people
- participation in the development and delivery of IT / Telco components
- managing medium and larger projects in the IT / Telco sector
- preparing project documentation and managing budgets
- planning and managing deliveries (both internal and external)
- preparation and management of system migration
- preparation of supply contracts, negotiation with suppliers, and control of fulfillment of contractual conditions (vendor management)
- by managing inter-project dependencies
- by preparing a communication plan
- by planning and managing tests (test management)
- managing defects and fixing deliveries, prioritizing and deploying fixes
- management of IT/Telco operation, planning of deployment, roll-out
advanced knowledge:
- release management
- incident management from production operations (incident management)
- of the life cycle of IT / Telco products from requirements collection to production operation
- Microsoft Office
- collaboration tools (Jira / Confluence)
advantage of experience with:
- by preparing the organization and planning the method of optimal delivery of the project with the application of the principles of agility
- working with analytical tools
- similar types of projects in the field of Security, Identity management, User Account management
- knowledge of Authentication with biometrics
advantage:
- Prince 2 Practitioner certification or equivalent
communicative knowledge of the English language, spoken and written (B2-C1)
